WCM AND RISK PREVENTION

GREENBELT COURSE: EARLY EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT This course is aimed at Pillar leaders and members who will help to spread the WCM culture in the organization. The greenbelt training is comprised of 3 main components: on site training with practical exercises, completion of a project following a loss reduction route, final test and presentation of project in 10 months. Greenbelt certification is achieved with the successful completion of project and test.

OBJECTIVES

• Introduction to basic concepts, why EEM is important, financial aspects of vertical startup • EEM Pillar route - EEM Pillar route, six EEM criteria, learn from experience • EEM team route - phase control system work process, checklists, templates • Training on main tools and systems - target setting and reference model, FMECA, life cycle cost analysis, vertical startup

PARTICIPANTS

Minimum of 9-12 months with SG Typical job function of Supervisor, Engineer, Department Leader, Pillar Member, Steering Committee Member, Controller
