SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT

MISSION

The School of Management is at the core of the Saint-Gobain University. Its main purpose is to support managers throughout their career inside the Group and support them in their career paths. A true accelerator for personal and professional development, the School of Management examines further in each of its programs the topics adapted to the participating managers’ situations. It represents in addition a unique opportunity for all participants to develop their network through the Group’s functions, countries and business activities.

WHO CAN ATTEND?

Every year, the School of Management welcomes several hundred managers coming from all activities, functions and countries, who reflect the Group’s cultural and professional diversity. The candidates are proposed by their management during the annual people review process, which is conducted by the countries.
