T he changes generated by digital technologies and the globalization of markets have shaken up the rules of the game in business by giving the end customer a crucial role. Strengthening customer intimacy, accelerating the digital transformation of our activities and being more agile and simple are the logical consequences, and underpin the main lines of the training programs that the Group makes available to its employees. The training modules presented to you in the following pages meet this triple objective. They are designed as pathways to allow everyone to learn at their own pace and according to their needs, and on a continuous basis, with access to an online course library as a complement.
