SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT
IMS - STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT IMS-Strategic Management is the last stage in the School of Management. It is intended for experiencedmanagers who will move into senior management positions in the coming years. The 6-month programme is mainly devoted to innovation, business transformation and international management with a particular focus on differentiation strategies. Participants are asked to work in groups on topics defined by the Chairman to whom they will submit their proposals during a working day.

• 360 Evaluation, Belbin test, feedback interview and formalization of an IDP (individual development plan). •Implement new forms of management through trust, empowerment and collaboration • Lead transformation operations • Implement a digital strategy • Develop innovation • Grow on new markets: The SGGI case • Design and implement differentiation strategies – Practice the “Blue Ocean” strategy - Simulation • The “Transform & Grow” plan • Career management & HR strategy • Meetings, strategic presentations and discussions with Group senior executives Teaching methods: e-learning & distance Learning, reading, classic presentations, group work, case studies, simulations, meetings and exchanges with business leaders
