OBJECTIVES • To learn how to find the best way to position and develop managerial performance on a day-to- day basis, mainly by exerting influence in new environments, in order to set up effective Organizational services.

PARTICIPANTS

This seminar is especially designed for managers of shared service centres and/or managers recently appointed to a position in a new environment.

PROGRAMME

• Pre-work: questionnaire on specific expectations, meeting with participants’managers to discuss personal development • Webinar/Webex: introduction and clarifying training project goals, make up of teams, to do list • Warm up: identification of managerial issues and possible solutions, strategies implemented and outcomes • In class (2 days): Sub-group work on what it is to be a SG manager (meaning, behaviours…), short experiments on commitment, conflict management, manager’s role, etc. • Embedding: implementation of good practices, Q&A platform, learning journal, personal planning • Debriefing: review of the embedding phase, personal development plan, meeting with participants’ managers Teaching techniques: a blended learning programme involving several learning channels, such as webinars, presentations, workgroup interviews in english or your Local Language.
