POTENTIAL BOOSTER - VIRTUAL CO-DEVELOPMENT

Virtual Co-development is the program bringing together people with shared professional challenges via video conference. Together with coach-facilitator you will experiment learning through collective intelligence.

OBJECTIVES

• To respond collectively to challenges faced by individuals and teams • To create the culture of active listening and sharing leading to collective development • To build a lasting support network

PARTICIPANTS

Group of specialists and/or managers willing to use the co-development approach. Employees can be spread around the world.

PROGRAMME

• Setting the groups of peers who share common business issues • Introduction to the principles of collective intelligence • Regular interactive videoconference group sessions of the participants and the coach-facilitator • Consultations from two perspectives: Client and Consultant • Theoretical support to accompany the rise in competence • Collective formulation of an action plan and progress measurement with the group

Organization

2 options available: • Groups of 4 peers: 5 sessions of 90 mn each • Groups of 5 peers: 6 sessions of 90 mn each • 7 sessions of 90mn each • 3 – 5 month length • Coach support and guidance • Support materials on theory • Confidentiality rule • Digital platform & Zoom video conference • Exit survey
