INFLUENCING WITHOUT AUTHORITY: PRINCIPLES AND PRACTICAL APPLICATION Often we are required to work with others to achieve our goals. However, we usually do not have the formal power or authority to mandate the cooperation of others. In this one day class you will learn how to build trust with others and utilize behavioral adaptability to increase your influence in the workplace.
