DIVERSITY GENDER BALANCE
LEADERSHIP - PART 1 MASTERING THE RULES OF THE GAME A fast-moving programme that supports aspiring women to build leadership capability and credibility. This sessions will help the participants to understand the unwritten rules of the game and recognise and understand the differences that exist between men and women and how these may impact management styles and communication methods.
OBJECTIVES
This training programme will enable the participant to: • Understand the hidden rules of the game and how to make women’s unique qualities visible and valued. • Overcome one’s internal obstacle • Enhance one’s visibility, in uence and impact.
PARTICIPANTS
Female talent with con rmed leadership potential and management experience (or expert profile) who seek greater in uence, visibility and impact. (from 14 years of professional experience).

Prerequisites
- Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and barriers - Women’s internal obstacles • Playing the leadership Game - Men & Women: Different communication style - Double bind, double standard • Sounding credible - Effective communication – in uence and impact: projecting credible leadership - Saying “no”, setting limits & making requests • Maximizing Impact
