• Impact through structure: presenting objectively, building a storyline, connecting different sections and the use of relevant transitions, presentation opening and closing techniques • Using non-verbal communication effectively • Reinforcing your presence • Acquiring communication skills and practical tips to enhance impact: using metaphors and analogies, rhetorical questions, repetitions, stimulating exchanges, managing difficult questions, raising interest Teaching techniques: speaking exercise performed in front of other participants, mutual feedback
