Learn about the BEI (Behavioural Event Interviewing) method which focuses on identifying examples of past behaviour to increase objectivity and make better predictions about potential future actions and results

OBJECTIVES

• To learn how to interview employees/candidates to identify their potential for a specific role or level within Saint-Gobain, through the evaluation of their behavioral competencies • To adapt this technique for discussion with managers about future performance and ultimately assess criteria for potential based on observation and interviews with employees or with their managers
