BUSINESS GAME “SAINT-GOBAIN BUSINESS TODAY” The business simulation ‘reveals the secrets’ of financial processes and helps managers understand the full completeness of relationships and interdependencies that exist in the business units of SG in Russia

PROGRAMME

During the game, the teams manage their business following real business processes of Saint-Gobain in Russia, that include analyzing market conditions, developing new markets, personnel recruiting and training, investing in capital costs, purchasing raw materials, developing products, participating in tenders and taking different financing decisions.
