With a nod to our past and moving forward toward an exciting future, we are proud to present the Cottages at Gibson Island Club.

From the pristine privacy of single bedrooms to comfy upscale two-level suites, the Cottages at Gibson Island Club accommodate every need and preference. You’ll feel it from the moment you arrive. With its beautiful sloped roofline, dormer windows, traditional details, and open-air porches, the Cottages offer the perfect complement to its neighboring clubhouse – and invite guests to relax, recharge, and soak in the sparkling charms of the Chesapeake. Once inside, guests are enveloped in a sea of blues and greens, brilliant corals, calm, sandy hues, and elegant accoutrements reflective of our refined yet casual Island lifestyle. Best of all, the Cottages offer flexible room and suite options. In all, there are five single bedrooms, five suites, and two larger, extended suite options created by combining the two. Here, parties surrounding weddings and events, weekend visitors, and those on extended family visits can all feel pampered and at home.

First Level Options The stylish first level of the Cottages offers our guests the option of a single room with two queen beds or a larger two-bedroom suite complete with a living area, bedroom with one king bed, and a bedroom with one queen bed. All first-floor options include your own private waterfront terrace. Larger groups may rent either of the above options separately or combine the two to create a spacious 3-bedroom suite – the perfect getaway on the perfect island for extended stays with friends and family.

THE GIBSON HOUSE

A Home Away from Home Wish to rent a detached Bayside residence? Renovations to the Gibson House include updates to siding, stairs, porches/decks, a full size kitchen, two upgraded bathrooms, and additions to furniture and materials that reflect those of the Cottages. Sleep options remain and include a king bed, pull-out couch, crib, and two second floor bedrooms, each with two twin beds.

RESERVATION POLICY

We Look Forward to Welcoming You The Cottages will be available for rent beginning June 28, 2018. Reservations open at 7:00 a.m. on May 1, 2018, by email only. A member may make a reservation by emailing The Club at clubhouse@gibsonisland.com. All reservations will be accompanied by an email confirmation. A 50% non-refundable deposit will be applied to the reserving member’s monthly statement after the reservation is confirmed. If not paid by the next month’s statement, the reservation will be canceled.
