Vanessa is respons– ible for addressing the various concerns of the students in regards to their academic lifes. She is a member of the Student Issues Board as well as Senate. She takes on issues such as scheduling and professor evaluations.

As Auditor Elizabeth has input on all A.S. financial transactions into the computer system. Through the year Elizabeth has recorded all A.S. financial transactions on the computerized chart of accounts. She

\ also reconciles this A.S. chart of accounts with the University account statement. Ifit weren't for her A.S. would have a hard time with their money and knowing were it has all gone.

She is also the student representative on the Grade Grievance Committee. She coordinates the registration phone banks, and is a member of the Reseach Grant Committee.

As controller Melissa assists the Secretary of Finance with her duties. She processed all A.S. request for funds, including check requests, petty cashes, cash advances and purchase orders. She
