The Commuter Students Association is an organization which promotes the awareness of USD related activites among commuter students and addresses issues and concerns of off-campus students. It is primarily a social and service organization. Events that have involved the organization in the past are finals study breaks, Christmas open house, bagel/donut breakfasts, and Springfest.

cSuifing Club

The Surfing Club was formed to accommodate many of the Univer– sity of San Diego's students who enjoy surfing as a hobby and/or sport. Activities for the club have included trips to Mexico, and also campus-involved events. The Surf– ing Club has participated in many competitions throughout the San Diego area.
