Disabling Passcode Authentication or Biometrics Login You can disable Passcode Authentication or Biometrics Login if you no longer prefer to utilize them. When all features are disabled, you can sign in to your Online Banking using your user ID and password.

Sign in to United Community’s app and tap the Menu button. In the Settings tab, tap Security Preferences. 1. Toggle the Passcode , or Biometrics switch from “On” to “Off.” 2. Tap the Yes button to disable the feature.
