Auditioning for the role and playing Pumba in The Lion King jr. has been a great achievement for me. I believe I’m very similar to Pumba in real life. My friends describe me as funny, dramatic, a good sports man and a good friend. I love sports, food, music, acting and dance. Pumba is also a good friend, loves eating food and very dramatic. The 2018 musical The Lion King jr. was so much fun for me and the others. I hope everyone enjoys the show.

Emmeline has participated in Somerset College’s Junior School Musical Performances since the moment she we allowed in Year 4 and is absolutely thrilled to be playing the part of Zazu in her final year of Junior School. In addition to singing and acting Emmeline enjoys ballet, piano and performing percussion with the band. In her spare time, Emmeline is likely to be found creating something – a piece of writing, a work of art, something delicious or maybe just reading a book. Emmeline would like to extend a special thanks to Ms. Jane Irvine who guided Emmeline through Speech and Drama during her junior years.
