The proportion of managersis over 43%, afigure thatis steadily increasing each year. Headcount and recruitment by age group There is a high proportionof employeesunder 35, accountingfor 25% of permanentstaff. This helps balance the overall age pyramid by paving the wayfor the gradual replacementof employees over 55 (18% of permanentstaff) who are due to retire over the next few years.
