Don Amado Mezcal Reposado 80PF / 750ML

DON AMADO MEXICO The renowned Arellanes family has been crafting one of the region’s most celebrated mezcals since the 1700s. 11 generations with a commitment to craftsmanship and experimentation have culminated in a spirit that is complex while approachable. Earthen-roasted agave hearts are fermented together with their piña fibers after crushing for a rich agave character. The mash is then double-distilled in small traditional ceramic clay pots. Aged varieties are matured in American oak casks previously used for barreling Pedro Domecq brandy. Don Amado Mezcal Añejo 80PF / 750ML A regal take on what many consider a rustic product. Savory, mesquite aromas hint at a backyard BBQ and cayenne pepper. These flavors flow between layers of baked stonefruit from the brandy barrels. Notes of grilled pineapple and finish with bright saline minerality. Don Amado Mezcal Pechuga 92PF / 750ML A treasure of complexity that exhibits rich, bright fruit notes, roasted nuts, dark baking spice, wafting hints of clean smoke, fresh cinnamon and stone fruits. Mature agave flavors are woven throughout, maintaining symmetry, balance and depth. FIDENCIO MEXICO, OAXACA Embodying the tradition and creativity of Oaxaca. With four generations of knowledge and the finest estate grown agave, Fidencio is a unique mezcal that is pure agave. Using 100% Espadín agave let to mature at least 10 years. Fidencio Joven Clasico Mezcal 88PF / 750ML Distilled twice in a traditional, wood fired, Alembic still, very similar to the stills used in Cognac. After the second distillation, we add a touch of water, and bottle. Fidencio Mezcal Joven Unico 88PF / 750ML Mexico- Made from 100% agave and double distilled. Earthy and slightly fruity on the palate, with mineral, smoke, and dried herbs, with a consistent fruit and agave undertone. MINA REAL MEXICO Mina Real Mezcal is an ecologically-sustainable mezcal made with agave slowly cooked in a brick kiln without the consumption of firewood. Their steaming method highlights the plants’ bright floral bouquet without burning an industry average of 3.5 lbs of firewood per liter produced. Mina Real Mezcal Blanco 92PF / 750ML Utilizing a combination of both modern and historical technique, the agave honeys for Mina Real are fermented intact with their crushed agave piña fibers, followed by a double distillation in copper alembic stills for pronounced earthiness and character. Mina Real Mezcal Reposado 84PF / 750ML Mina Real Mezcal Reposado is distilled from 100% agave espadín grown in Oaxaca. Real de Minas Distillery in Santa Catarina Minas steam-roasts the agave, saving wood and keeping the piñas (hearts) un-charred. It’s twice distilled in ceramic pot stills and ages in used American white oak casks for an undisclosed time.

Familiar Mexican aromas and tastes: roasted buttered corn, hints of cinnamon, tropical fruit, and dried chilies with a moderate amount of smoke. Barrel-aging contributes spicier, more vanilla-driven notes. Don Amado Mezcal Rústico 94PF / 750ML Minero clay influence is quite prevalent with aromatics of ash, crushed walnuts, roasted corn, and spices. Ctrusy espadin agave palate is well balanced against notes of caramel, butterscotch and herbs. Don Amado Mezcal Arroqueño 92PF / 750ML Rustic, refined, revealing floral aromatics with caramelized agave, leather and soft smoke notes lending structure to cooked yam flavors. Mouthfeel delivers quince, persimmon, lemon verbena and kaffir, with layers of

chocolate, espresso and spice. Don Amado Mezcal Largo 92PF / 750ML

Soft smoke with candied notes and a creamy mouthfeel layer fruit and a subtle spice on a palette of rich, cooked agave… reminiscent of the high desert just after a heavy rainfall, bright and clean.

PALENQUEROS MEXICO, OAXACA Mezcal Palenqueros showcases the craft of different maestro distillers (master distillers) from single palenque’s (distilleries) across Oaxaca, Mexico in a range of still proof Mezcales. Palenqueros Alberto Espadin Madrecuishe 106PF / 750ML Madrecuishe is made by maestro mezcalero Don Alberto “Beto” Ortiz, who is renowned for his beautiful distillation and has become a legend in the area. Complex with notes of lemon, mandarin, ginger, lemon, pineapple, and honey. Palenqueros Omar Nolasco Espadin Mezcal 110PF / 750ML Palenqueros Espadin is made by maestro mezcalero Omar Nolasco in San Luis del Rio, Oaxaca. Omar represents the bright future of mezcal. He’s a young fifth generation distiller who works to preserve the traditional methods of mezcal production. Palenqueros Onofre Ortiz Ensamble Cinco Magueyes Mezcal 96PF / 750ML Palenqueros Ensamble Cinco Magueyes is made by fifth generation Maestro Mezcalero Onofre Ortiz (son of legendary mezcalero Alberto “Don Beto” Ortiz) with maguey Espadin, Mexicano, Madrecuishe, Bicuishe, and Tepeztate. This mezcal is complex with flavors of almonds, raspberries, melon, and wildflower honey. Palenqueros Valente Garcia Espadin Mexicano Bicuishe Mezcal 99PF / 750ML Palenqueros Espadin – Mexicano – Bicuishe is made by meastro mezcalero Don Valente Angel Garcia in his tiny community outside of Miahuatlan. The agaves are cooked, milled, fermented, and distilled together. Look for notes of pear, plum, ginger, coconut, licorice, and sage.
