What was once a small operation in downtown Park City has grown to be an internationally recognized brand with four unique locations. High West 36th Vote Barrel Aged Manhattan 74PF / 750ML “The 36th Vote” Barreled Manhattan was created following an authentic pre-prohibition recipe, and then aged the mixture in the rye whiskey’s American white oak barrel for 90-120 days.
