Single distilled, single barrel aged for up to 2 years, this blackstrap molasses rum is made 105 gallons at a time. It has a huge body that lasts for ages — lightly bittersweet with plenty of sugar to keep it nicely balanced. Transcontinental Jamaica Worthy Park Bottlings are first aged first in a tropical climate for 4-5 years then for up to 12 months in Europe. The cooler conditions slow the maturation process.
