COMOZ FRANCE The C. Comoz Vermouth Blanc dates back to the late 19th century when Claudius Comoz, son of house-founder Jean Pierre Comoz, is credited with inventing the vermouth blanc style. The aromatized wine went on to enjoy great popularity, including being the essential vermouth in Cuba’s classic El Presidente cocktail. Comoz Vermouth Blanc 32PF / 750ML Comoz is less sweet than other vermouth blanc, with notes of stone fruits, alpine flowers and a deep, resonant undercurrent of wormwood. This deeper profile marries with whiskey better than any other pale vermouth. DOLIN CHAMBÉRY, FRANCE France’s only Appellation d’Origine Vermouth, Dolin is the last remaining producer of Vermouth de Chambéry AOC. Made from fine wine and botanicals found in the Alpine meadows above Chambéry. Imparting a fresh and elegant nose with a subtle, complex palate, Dolin Vermouths are notably lighter, drier and less pungent than their commercial counterparts. “Always thought vermouths were overpowering, appreciate all three Dolins, lighter and more delicate than most.” —WSJ Lightly sweetened. Distinguished by its light, fresh and clean profile, which comes from a delicate wine base and more than thirty Alpine herbs. Dolin Blanc Vermouth 35PF / 375ML / 750ML Slightly sweeter than the dry. “The crisp and clean Blanc, with its subtle sweetness is the stand-out.” 93pts The Tasting Panel Dolin Rouge Vermouth 32PF / 375ML / 750ML Made with more than 50 herbs.
