Medley Brothers Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey 100PF+ / 750ML Little brother to Wathen’s Single Barrel Kentucky Bourbon. This 4YO is very rich with good wood flavors, and a little bit of grain. (77% corn, 10% rye, and 13% barley malt aged in oak) While higher proof than most, its smooth cocoa and barrel notes make it a delicious choice. A seriously good Bourbon for the money and an incredibly-priced 100+ proof bourbon to target the craft cocktail movement. Handcrafted in small batches of four barrels each, Belle Meade employs two unique mash bills and two special yeast strains. The grain mix is high in rye content (about 30%). Smooth and spicy on the front end, with a long fruity finish that exhibits the flavors of rye.
