The Jenny Wren 5K was a terrific success!
May 13 was a beautiful morning as walkers and runners made
their way to the finish line…where a festive crowd gathered
to celebrate over brunch at The Commons.
50+ participants raised over $9000 in pledges
to benefit Island Commons.
Thank you to the family of Jeanette “Jenny Wren” Hamilton
for organizing this wonderful event in her memory and for
bringing so many together to celebrate the special women in
their lives. And many thanks to all who supported the event
by walking, pledging, and donating in-kind.
