We’re looking to tell thestoriesof howIllinois schools
pitched in tohelpwithHurricaneHarvey relief efforts
Newspapers across the state have carried photos and
stories about how Illinois schools have joined in the efforts to
provide relief from the devastating damage in Texas caused
by Hurricane Harvey. Stories have ranged from schools
“adopting” schools in Texas to various forms of fundraisers
being carried out by students and staff in school districts
across Illinois.
We would like to gather photos and information from Illinois
school districts to run in the
October issue of Leadership
Matters
to try and illustrate how Illinois schools and school
groups have pitched in to assist with the Hurricane Harvey
relief efforts.
