SRS for an inhibit SIF
• Local opening of SDVs must not be possible
• Bypasses – ideally prohibit. But consider if circumstances when a bypass is
needed, and design logic accordingly (e.g. when the line is required to be used
for other purposes)
• Design of DP across valve - particular issue of plugging in pigged lines.
Importance of trace heating. Ensure realistic reliability data used for line prone
to plugging.
• Recommend to develop a standard SRS format specific to your applications.
