OMB liaisons and staff provided a briefing to the OMB of all Mid‐Year meeting events.
ACTION ITEMS:
Staff to add specific discussion points regarding refinement of procedures for
voting panel changes, quorum, and sole source modification for OMB on the draft agenda for the
OMB summer meeting.
