MI100 Control T takes the worry out of

welding with TrueAutoMode: the Industry’s

First Fully Automatic Spot Welding System

TrueAutoMode automates the welding

process to provide perfect, OEM-approved

spot welds every time.

Measuring weld resistance approximately

1,000 times per second and automatically

adjusting current level, weld time and clamp

pressure as needed, the MI100 provides

instant feedback to the technician if there’s

a bad weld and can log every weld. At the

end of a job, the Mi100 can print out a report

that includes information on the settings,

Medium frequency, direct current (MFDC)

inverter technology, microprocessor controlled

resistance (spot) welding machine with

pneumatic water-cooled clamp. The innovative

SMART AUTOSET technology, thanks to

the automatic recognition the materials

and thickness, eliminates set-up times and

guarantees optimal welding even if the types

of steel to be processed are not known. It is

particularly suitable for body shop applications

and industrial use and gives excellent results

also on high strength steel (HSS)/boron and

galvanised metal sheets.

The multifunction digital panel can be used

to select the automatic SMART AUTOSET

mode as well as the EASY, PRO, MULTI semi-

automatic mode and the manual mode; the

programmes and reports there generated can

be transferred to a USB and can be printed or

viewed on a PC.

In comparison with traditional spot-welders,

the POWER CLAMP technology (power circuits

integrated in the clamp) allows for high spot-

welding currents with low absorption rates,

the use of longer (5m) and lighter cables for

a better holding and a wider range of action
