ENNISKILLEN COLLEGIATE

WIN THEIR 6TH GIRLS SCHOOLS’

CUP TITLE

Enniskillen Collegiate won the Danske Bank

Girls Schools’ Cup for the third consecutive

year after beating Victoria College by 14

tries to 4 in the final at Kingspan Stadium on

Tuesday afternoon.

Ireland Six Nations winners Nora Stapleton

and Sophie Spence watched on as the

County Fermanagh girls registered an

impressive sixth title in nine years, but they

were made to work hard by the well-drilled

Belfast side.

Enniskillen captain Kathryn Dane was the

star of the show, touching down four times

and having a hand in several other tries. The

remaining Enniskillen scores came from

Alice Hirst, Rebecca Pennell (2), Maeve

Somerville, Claire Boles (3), Emma Shaw (2)

and Sophie Coalter.
