Inclusion
Patients with Tx-4 N2-3 cancer
Eligible for CCRT and LND (before or after)
Randomization
Arm 1: Planned LND before or after CCRT (control)
Arm 2: CCRT with LND only based on PET (intervention)
Primary outcome OS with follow-up 2Y
