Will anyone know I have used the EAP?
No one will know you are using the EAP unless
you tell them. HIPAA regulations for
confidentiality are strictly followed. You must sign
a Release of Information before your counselor
is allowed to communicate any information,
except by those situations required by law where
there is a danger to self or others.

and elder care resources, which give
