CUSTOMER SERVICE

Our skilled team is happy to help you with

questions concerning our products. We want

you to have all the information necessary to

make a great buying choice. If we do not know

the answer we may be able to tell you where the

information can be found. Check our selection

of books & dvds for great information.

The ultimate decision in product suitability is

up to the customer. We cannot be responsible

for the choice you make when determining if a

product meets your requirements.

LAWS AND REGULATIONS

All government laws, rules, policies,

prohibitions, etc. concerning any and all

products are the sole responsibility of the

customer. While we try to be informed,

we cannot and will not be responsible

for any fees, duties, currency exchange,

damage, loss or confiscation by private or

government agencies for any reason. It is your

responsibility to obtain this information from

your local, state, federal and other agencies

before ordering. All orders will be processed

and labeled for shipping with accurate product

information as required by the transporter and

U.S. law.

NO EXCEPTIONS.

PRICING

We make every effort to maintain prices until

the next catalog is published, however all

prices are subject to change without notice.

We cannot be responsible for typographical

errors. If in doubt, call or email to confirm.

If you find an error, please let us know – it is

always appreciated.

WARRANTIES

All tools and accessories are warranted to

perform as advertised. Many items carry

a manufacturer’s warranty. If any item is

received defective, contact the manufacturer

and they will instruct you on returning the

item for repair or replacement. We will offer

assistance if necessary, we cannot change

the policy of the manufacturer. Jantz offers

no other warranty expressed or implied.

NOTE – please understand the wiring and

voltage requirements of all equipment prior to

purchase.

Warranty may be void

if international

customers use adaptors on equipment built for

U.S. electric standards.

PAYMENT

We accept only U.S. funds through money

orders, major credit and debit cards and

PayPal. Checks held to clear. A $50 fee will be

charged for returned items. COD available by

UPS ground only. COD fee is added to invoice

and must be paid by money order. No checks

or cash. Do not send cash through the mail.

CHANGES TO PRODUCT

The Jantz Team is constantly working to

improve our products and processes to

provide you with the absolute best for your

knifemaking needs. We reserve the right to

make changes that we believe will improve

the function or suit customer needs based

on your feedback. We make every effort to

communicate any product design changes at

the time orders are placed.

SHIPPING FEES

To destinations in the 48 contiguous United

States Jantz will ship for only $12.95 for

most products. Orders containing steel ship

for only $17.95. Both rates are our choice of

carrier.

Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska

as well as orders of machinery and equipment

weighing 25lbs. or more will be charged actual

shipping fees.

Customers may choose their preferred

delivery method from UPS, USPS or freight.

Actual shipping charges apply.

INSURANCE: For all orders add $1.00 for

each $100 in product to insure your package

against loss or damage.

International Destinations

Are subject to additional shipping charges.

PLEASE call or email for current shipping

rates. International orders where insurance

is not available are sent at customer’s

risk.

We cannot guarantee

delivery times

on international orders. While we will do

everything in our power to help we have no

control over customs holds or lost packages.

WHEN WE - OR YOU - MAKE A

MISTAKE (OOPS!)

Things happen and no matter how hard we

try, sometimes we all make mistakes. Please

check your order immediately upon receipt. If

a discrepancy is noted contact us immediately.

We will investigate to see what happened.

Often, customers find the missing item

“stuck” in the packing materials. If you find

you ordered an item by mistake and cannot use

it, call us. Chat with one of our friendly team

members and we will help you out.

We cannot

be responsible for disputes regarding phone

orders when sent as invoiced. Always have

your order read back.

RETURNS

Please inspect your order within 10 days

of receipt. If not satisfied,

call for a return

authorization.

We will exchange or provide

store credit. Customers must pay any

shipping costs. Restocking fees may apply.

Each returned item must be unused, unaltered

and resalable. Used merchandise will not be

accepted. Books, dvds, machinery, and parts

are sold on a non-returnable basis.

Returns

without the original invoice and a return

authorization number printed on the box may

be refused.

DAMAGE OR LOSS

Our goal is for your package to be delivered

in perfect condition. What happens when it

leaves Jantz is sometimes unfortunate. Please

inspect all deliveries for visible damage before

accepting. DO NOT ACCEPT PACKAGES

WITH VISIBLE DAMAGES unless opened and

inspected in the presence of the delivery

driver. If you find damage PLEASE follow

these steps:

1. TAKE PHOTOS OF THE DAMAGE

2. KEEP ALL BOXES AND PACKAGING

3. REPORT DAMAGE TO CARRIER

4. CONTACT US FOR INSTRUCTIONS

Insured orders that are lost or damaged can

not be replaced until the claim has been paid

by the carrier.

At Jantz, we believe having incredible products and excellent customer service is a
