Just another year
During the 2015 season, Galileo joined Sadler’s Wells and Danehill as the only sires in history with over
200 stakes winners. His tally of 35 stakes winners in Europe this year (12 clear of the next best sire)
includes no less than 7 Group-winning 2-year-olds!
In the Classics he enjoyed success as a sire, as a sire of sires and as a broodmare sire.
But then by Galileo’s own lofty standards, 2015 was just another year.
