The immediate and ultimate parent undertaking of the company is Whistl Group Holdings Limited (formerly NNY71
Limited), a company incorporated in England and Wales.
The current largest and smallest Group of undertakings for which Group financial statements are drawn up and of
which the company is a member is Whistl Group Holdings Limited (formerly NNY 71 Limited). This company’s financial
statements are available from the registered office at Meridian House, Fieldhouse Lane, Marlow, Buckinghamshire, SL7 1TB.
