Centralized confirmation of pathology with immunopathology when possible

Clinical Evaluation

Complete medical, neurological, cognitive examination

Determination of prognostic factors (age, PS)

Laboratory Evaluation

HIV, lactate dehyrogenase, creatinine clearance

Extent of Disease Evaluation

Brain- Contrast-enhanced cranial MRI

CSF- Cytology, flow cytometry, IgH PCR

Eye- Slit lamp evaluation

Body- CT of chest/abdomen/pelvis; BM biopsy + aspirate. Consider testicular US in older men
