sensation to hit Courtenay.
It is the most fun you will have
getting fit. Participants dance to
energetic rhythms and get aero-
bic exercise while pounding on
fitness balls - great for left-right

Rhythm enthusiasts will want to
check out this new class. We
will be creating a rhythm ensem-
ble with drums, hand held and
found rhythm instruments,
garbage pails and buckets...you
name it, we’ll use it! If you feel
inspired to be part of a group
that is not only having fun rhyth-
mically, but also up for the chal-
lenge of creating performance-
worthy ensemble pieces, this
