Miami Shores is a village
in Miami-Dade County,
Florida, USA. The town is full
of colorful Mediterranean
and Spanish Colonial Revival
Style houses with gardens.
Miami Shores has a small
downtown area, antique shops
and coffee houses, but mostly
has large shopping plazas with
department stores.
Only about 8 miles from
Downtown Miami, and
10 minutes to the Famous
South Beach.
Public transportation
is available in bus lines that
connect to the beach areas,
and to the city of Miami.
The Plus Campus is situated
on the campus of Barry
University in Miami Shores.
The Campus is enclosed
and secured and consists
of many modern buildings.
The campus has a typical
tropical design with palms
across the campus and sports
facilities such as football
pitches and tennis courts.
The swimming pool can be
used daily by our students.
The accommodations
are within 5 minutes walk
to the just renovated refectory
and 10 minutes walk
to classroom facilities. Public
buses stop on the campus
and connect to beaches, south
Beach, Downtown Miami.
