Ashleigh Douglas
to the position of Assistant
Chief. Ashleigh had served as a
divisional
command-
er for the
last twelve
years with
the de-
partment
and is a
graduate
of session
242 of
the FBI
National Academy. She has a
Master’s degree in Criminology
and Criminal Justice from the
University of Texas in Arlington,
and is a graduate of the Senior
Management Institute for Police
(SMIP) and the Police Executive
Research Forum (PERF).
