GLCC is requesting to host the ABYA meeting at NCYC Clubhouse on
September 14, 2015.
Motion:
Moved by Don Reiss to allow GLCC to host ABYA at
NCYC Clubhouse. Seconded by Brent Malik.
Motion Carried.
Topic #4
It was determined that the North Channel Yacht Club is ultimately
responsible for maintaining the Boatique Building. The board may ask the First Mates
to contribute monetarily to the upkeep of the building. The Harbor and Grounds
Director will take on this responsibility.
Good of the Order:
Don Reiss asked about an audit for the club. The Board added the topic to the July Board
Meeting agenda. The Treasurer will provide the Board with a summary of audit requirements
in advance of the July Meeting scheduled for July 9.
