SELF - PROPELLED SNOW & ICE EQUIPMENT

THE NEXT GENERATION MUNICIPAL VEHICLE

The multi-purpose PowerPlatform offers high speeds, maneuverability, a large cargo capacity and excellent operator visibility while still main-

taining a road legal 102 inch tire width. This innovative machine will become a valuable tool in snow removal.

SNOW EQUIPMENT

FOUR SEASON VERSATILITY

Attachments to the PowerPlatform can utilize the front and rear

3-point hitches and tongue hitches in addition to the front and rear

PTO. The PowerPlatform features a category III-N, 3-point hitch

with an 11,000 lb capacity. It’s PTO is designed for heavy duty

applications, offering 140 hp in the front and 180 hp in the rear. The

quick change rear platform can be easily up-fitted with sprayers,

spreaders, dumpers, silage boxes, etc. to meet multiple needs.

SPEED AND STABILITY

Fully loaded at 52,000 lb, the PowerPlatform travels up to 40 mph.

Optional gearing allows the machine to reach maximum road speeds,

with a top cargo capacity of 26,000 lb, while still providing a smooth ride.

POWER AND SMOOTH SHIFTING

The PowerPlatform is powered by a reliable 275 hp Cummins

6.7L Tier III engine mated to a 6 speed ZF powershift

transmission to provide maximum power, torque and fuel

efficiency. The full time 4-wheel drive system features a

transmission lockable interaxle differential that can be locked

“on-the-go” with the touch of a button, making sure you never

get stuck.

MANEUVERABLE

Three modes of steering and stability control create excellent

maneuverability and safety.

• Front steering

• Coordinated steering:

the rear axle wheels the opposite direction

as the front to achieve a tight 20.2' curb-to-curb turning radius.

• Crab steering:

the rear axle wheels the same direction as the front

and is useful where inclines can cause vehicle sideslip or where

individual wheel marking is preferred to alleviate soil compaction

on soft ground.

SELF PRESERVATION

Total and individual axle weights are constantly monitored to

determine if the machine is loaded, overloaded, or severely

overloaded.

COMFORT ALL DAY LONG

The PowerPlatform’s forward mounted cab provides plenty of room

for both the driver and a passenger and offers unparalleled visibility

with floor-to-ceiling glass. The spacious, climate controlled cab fea-

tures an adjustable air suspension seat, three-position steering

wheel, a cooler box, and a full size passenger seat. To keep work

going late into the night a total of 11 work lights provide almost

360 degree lighting.

CONTROLS

All controls are conveniently located on the ergonomic right hand

console (RHC) that glides forward/back and “floats” with the air-

ride seat. The multi-function joystick easily fits into the hand for

complete transmission control while simultaneously operating two

hydraulic remote circuits. RHC controls include: additional

hydraulic remote circuits, dump box control (if applicable), 3-point

hitch control and raise/lower switch, engine cruise control functions,

front/rear PTO switch (if applicable), hydraulic remote lockout,

front/rear suspension lock, axle/transmission differential lock,

4-wheel steering functions, and exhaust brake control.

DISPLAY

A 6.5 inch color LCD display provides all instrumentation and con-

trols in four easy to use screens. The Primary screen displays basic

instrumentation, fault codes, warning/indicator lamps, transmission

shift information, fuel economy, fuel remaining, hydraulic oil tem-

perature, air system pressure, and date/time. The Flow Control

screen display provides adjustment of hydraulic flow. The Weight

Control screen displays total weight along and cargo or net weight in

either pounds or kilograms. The Camera

screen displays all the standard instru-

mentation in abbreviated form

plus a rear view camera.
