Certificates are renewed annually on a calendar year
basis

Method developers attest that no changes have been
made since the last certification by submitting fees and
the following by a specified date in the November

Documentation is reviewed and if no changes, a new
certificate is granted for the next calendar year.

Failure to disclose changes or to submit
documentation could result in suspension or revoking
of use of the PTM certification mark
