Las Suertes vineyard planted more than 120 years ago. Fermented with
wild yeast and aged on its lees with battonage for 12 months in French oak.

Sauvignon Blanc was cold macerated, gently crushed, and cold
stabilized for 48 hours. Racked to stainless steel tanks (88%) and neutral
