pursuance of such objection, or if any amend

ment made

therein shall appear to

the

Solicitor having carriage of the proceedings

not to be satisfactory, the matter shall be

brought before the Receiver Examiner for his

directions as to the advisability of an appeal

under Section 33 of the Act.

No such appeal shall, however, be taken

except under a Ruling or Order of the Judge.

Receivers shall be bound

to assist

the

Solicitors having carriage of the proceedings

in the consideration of provisional valuations,

and in the ascertainment of proper deductions

to be made in arriving at the assessable site

value, and in formulating claims for such

deductions.

The Receiver Examiner shall, subject to

review by the Land Judge, if desired by any

party interested, fix such remuneration for the

Solicitors having carriage of the proceedings

and for the Receivers for work done under

these Regulations as he may consider just.

The remuneration so

fixed

for Solicitors

having carriage of proceedings shall be

allowed on the taxation of their costs.

The remuneration fixed for Receivers shall

either be allowed to them as a credit in their

accounts, or, if that cannot be done, shall be

paid to them out of the general funds in the

matter.
