Equipment Specialist for Dental Health Products, Inc. to
Dr. Krengel and the DHPI Team went right to work for
Krengel Dental. The "DHPI Team was very organized
and helpful" throughout the "whole process", stated
Dr. Krengel. He continued, "{their} Customer Service is
exceptional". To help outfit Krengel Dental with the top
notch, quality equipment needed to execute the brand
of Dentistry for which they had become known, Ken
partnered with Midmark, led by their local Rep, Mark
Pivec. Krengel Dental and the DHPI Team then took a
trip out to the Midmark Facilities in Versailles, Ohio for
the "Midmark Experience" where Dr. Krengel "picked
everything out" and was able to spend some "quality
time with the Sales Team".
Patience for Patients
Thanks to Dr. Krengel's incredible steadfast patience
and diligence, Krengel Dental now has a practice built
on the important core principles of "Functionality",
"Work Flow", "Space" and "Energy". More importantly,
Dr. Krengel, along with DHPI and Midmark, were able
to create a "Residential Feel" throughout the entire
office, allowing "patients to feel like they are home"
while they are at Krengel Dental.
