Viking Traders is a family owned manufacturer of agro-processed and drinks products and has been in operation over
35 years. The innovators of the brand, Mr. Edwin Zephirin (Food Technologist) and his wife, Mrs. Bonnie Zephirin (Sales
and Marketing) created superb Caribbean Food Products which have won several international Awards. Today over sixty
persons are employed at Viking Traders. The company follows the BRC global standard. A unique blend of Caribbean
spices, condiments, baking products, drinks and gift items are produced at Viking Traders. The natural raw materials are
first purchased from selected local farmers, CARICOM and the rest of the world which enables Viking Traders to deliver
the best fresh products to their customers.
