EcoFarmsTM is a Jamaican family-owned business ran by a MIT-graduate Engineer and a team of dedicated employees.
The company was registered in 2011 and specializes in transforming organic quality honey from our remote apiaries into
exciting and healthy products in a zero-net energy process. Utilizing the social entrepreneurship model, EcoFarmsTM has
a vision to create meaningful employment for 100 Jamaicans with most of these jobs being among the disabled (deaf)
and socially disadvantaged groups.
HoneyStixTM: These natural, healthy snacks consist of flavoured honey packaged in a biodegradeable drinking straw.
They come in exotic Jamaican flavours ranging from tamarind to ginger.
Gourmet Honey: Our raw honey is produced by bees strategically located in remote areas of the Jamaican countryside.
We bottle this varietal honey and also blend it with tamarind, lemongrass or ginger. We bottle our honey as raw (liquid)
form or spun creamed honey.
