Imaging: 8.2 x 5.7 x 2.8 cm and couple of pathological nodes

Biopsy: IDC gr 1, ER neg, Her2.neu pos

cT3/4 N1 M0 breast cancer left-sided
•
Treatment:

Primary systemic treatment with immunotherapy --. Clinically near

MRM left; right preventive mastectomy: ypT0N0 (6/22 nodes with
signs of treatment response)
