Freight - Please note: FFA Deductions will not include fuel surcharges passed on by the carrier.
Freight qualifications are based on one qualified order shipping to a single location. All FFA and drop ship freight charges will be prepaid by Adams and included on the invoice. Any expedited freight charges requested
by the dealer will be paid for by the dealer and will not apply towards FFA policy. Freight allowance does not include lift gate, or any other special delivery needs. Freight charges may be deducted when product
invoice is paid within terms stated on invoice. When applicable, Adams reserves the right to determine the most cost effective method of shipment. Freight program is FOB point of departure. Freight program applies
to the forty-eight (48) continuous states ONLY, and excludes APO/FPO/DPO mailing address. Deductions for ½ FFA or FFA can only be taken if all amounts due are paid in full by due date. No discounts are allowed for
payments received after that date
Program Policies
Adams can ship product within 30 days of requested ship date. If shipment has been made within the terms of the purchase order and refused by dealer, a restocking fee of 20% will be applied. The dealer will incur all
freight expenses. Orders must be of a minimum $50.00 TO AVOID A SERVICE CHARGE . Written confirmation is required when requesting expedited, Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day non-standard delivery. Adams
