• $1.00 per unit rebate on all adidas Custom product invoiced in 2017.
• Rebate will be paid in the form of a prepaid Visa gift card.
• Each SKU is considered a unit (a top and bottom count as separate units and each receives a
$1.00 rebate).
• Rebates will be paid quarterly.
