Baden dealers may only submit bids into states where they maintain a brick & mortar location unless otherwise approved by Baden Sports.

All orders will be charged an additional 10% on non case-pack quantities.
Adjustments:
All returns, credits and/or replacements must have prior written approval from Baden. All returns must be prepaid. A 20% restocking charge will
be assessed on all resalable merchandise that is returned. No credits will be issued on discontinued merchandise, or merchandise that is more
than two years old.
On booking order shipments, revisions will be accepted, provided they are received not less than thirty (30) days prior to the ship date and dollar
volume meets program requirements.
Until credit is established, cash payment is required for each order. Past due accounts will be charged 1.5% per month on all balances remaining
unpaid thirty (30) days after billing invoice date or as allowed by law. Late paid invoices forfeit all discounts and allowances.
Payment by credit
card may result in loss of 3% cash discount for orders on payment terms.
On applicable FFA orders, freight charges may be deducted from invoice provided payment is received by due date. Free freight applies to freight
costs only. Any additional expenses associated with the delivery will be the responsibility of the dealers.
Every effort will be made to ship stock items within two (2) business days of receipt of order and upon approval of credit. The purchaser must
notify Baden as to discrepancies regarding quantities shipped, terms, prices, discounts, or other conditions of sale within fifteen (15) days of the
date purchaser takes delivery. Failure to provide such notice will constitute purchaser acceptance of the order as shipped and billed. To ensure
prompt delivery of new accounts, include a signed credit application with as much pertinent financial information as possible. Baden is not
responsible for delays or failures to make deliveries due to circumstances beyond Baden's control.
All products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and/or materials for ninety (90) days after delivery, unless indicated otherwise in
writing by Baden. Baden will not honor any warranty claims resulting from misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, or similar circumstances, the
determination of which is to be made at the sole discretion of Baden's Quality Control Department.
All prices are subject to change without notice. Price, terms and charges listed on Baden's order acknowledgement shall apply. Prices prevailing at
time of shipment shall apply. In order to qualify for wholesale pricing, the dealer must be in good credit standing with Baden.
10 dz. minimum for baseball, 12 dz. minimum for softball. One time $75 screen charge/color and $5 per dozen charge. Extra charges may apply for
layouts with more than one color logo and one hit per ball.
