Sports Inc. Dealers automatically qualify for Level 3 Pricing on blank style caps, and Level 3 less
6% pricing on Team MLB Replicas, Team MLB blanks, Minor League and College Replicas.

TIMING
EARLY ORDER BOOKING (EOB) orders must be received by OC Sports at the Spring Buying
Show.
ADVANCE SHIP ORDERS (ASO) must be received a minimum of 30 days in advance of the
requested ship date.
Shipments begin 11/1/17 and end 5/1/18.
FILL-IN ORDERS
PRICE LEVEL - Level 3 on blank styles. Level 3 less 6% on Team MLB Replicas, Team MLB
blanks, Minor League and College Replicas
TERMS - Net 45 Days
FREIGHT - FOB nearest distribution center. Freight will be prepaid and added to invoice
Fill-in discount expires on 9/1/18
EMBROIDERY
Price Level – Level 3 less 5%
Embroidered caps specials and lower minimums on REPEAT DOMESTIC orders with custom or
stock embroidery (minimum six pieces) are available to Sports Inc. Dealers.
For all custom designs of 1-3 Letters in 1-2 Colors, the minimum is 12 pieces with no setup
fee.
For all custom designs OTHER than 1-3 Letters in 1-2 Colors, and lower setup fees (only $30),
for custom embroidered orders.
OPTION ONE – SHOW ORDER (EOB)
Place a 50+ dozen Booking Order to be received by OC Sports at the S.I. Spring Buying Show
